In 2011, former Mpumalanga premier, David Mabuza, said that Mpumalanga province had partnered with Portugal and that Portugal would “provide assistance with expertise and skills transfer in the establishment of the (Emakhazeni) Sports Academy.

QUESTIONS

[1] What assistance and expertise has Portugal provided in the above-mentioned regards?
[2] If no assistance was provided, why?
[3] What action did the Office to the Premier contemplate in resolving whatever challenges?
[4] Was Mpumalanga betrayed or misled by Portugal on this matter?
[5] If 4 above is correct, what action will the OTP contemplate to resolve this matter?
